  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

From time to time, Tatvamasi Elements may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Courier partner details

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the recipient is unavailable,
  • the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete,
  • the shipment is refused,

the package may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.


Address Accuracy

Tatvamasi Elements is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted during checkout.


Delayed Deliveries

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Please take clear photographs of the package before opening it.
  • Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Include your order number and photographs when reaching out to us.

Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for resolution.


Lost Shipments

If your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the shipment.

If the shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the courier partner, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.


International Shipping

Currently, Tatvamasi Elements ships only within India.

We plan to offer international shipping in the future. Any updates will be announced on our website.
